Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film LIVE ‘Padmavat’ has been released in theaters all over the country after protests and demonstrations. With Hindi, Tamil and Telugu language, the film is being released on 6 to 7 thousand screens. The Army, which is opposed to the film, has announced a nationwide shutdown today. Due to protests, cinema owners in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Goa have decided not to show the film. Except Patna in Bihar, the film was released in the rest of the state. Execution of people working with Karani army and Rajput organizations is also on the release day.

LIVE UPDATE at film Padmavat:
Padmavat is being screened amid tight security arrangements in PVR Rivoli of Connaught Place, New Delhi. There is no news of any untoward incident in Delhi anymore. Due to performance and violence in many parts of the country today, a holiday has been declared in schools.
Karani army supporters protested in Bihar’s Ara, by lighting tires on the road and protesting. Arson and demolition on the road in Bhojpur also. Hundreds of activists raided and demolished the place. Many people were injured in the incident. The helpless police have been watching the stereotype.
No restrictions on freedom of expression:
A petition has been filed in respect of the contempt of court order against the Karani army in the Supreme Court. On behalf of petitioner Vineet Dhanda, it has been said that no restriction can be imposed on freedom of expression. A petition has also been filed against Karani Army Chief Lokendra Singh Kalvi and other leaders. The Supreme Court will hear the case on Monday.

Conspiracy to defame Karani army:
Karani Sena’s performance in Jaipur continues in Rajasthan. Karani condemned the attack on school bus in Gurgaon on behalf of the army and said that it is a conspiracy to defame the organization.

Heavy security arrangements have been made in all the cinemas in Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. There was no show in the morning. Karani army members are also taking stock in the theater.The cinema owners in Kutch of Gujarat have closed the cinema while supporting the shutdown. The traders have supported the closure of the Karani army in Kheda of Gujarat.
Not many films in UP have been screened:
In Motihari of Bihar, the Karaani army and the upper army blocked the highway. In view of the deteriorating situation, the cinema owner has decided not to show the film for two days. Section 144 has been imposed in all the theaters of Sonipat in Haryana.

In view of the performance in UP’s Lalitpur, Mirzapur and Jaunpur, the cinemas have decided not to screen the film. Only 10 percent of the visitors in Mughalsarai came to see the movie. Due to the heavy opposition of Hindu organizations and the Kshatriya Mahasabha, the atmosphere in UP’s Jaunpur is tense.
Protestors ransacked the roadways bus in connection with the release of Padmavat in Ghaziabad of UP. In the front of the Karkad Model Village late night, an attempt was made to raze and sabotage the bus of Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation. Police have detained 8 people.
