The day the people were waiting for a long time had come today. GST will be implemented by convening special sessions in Parliament at 12 o’clock on Friday night. On this occasion, the famous celebrities of the country have also been invited.

In the special session, including Prime Minister, President Pranab Mukherjee will also be present. Apart from this, Ratan Tata and Lata Mangeshkar, including Amitabh Bachchan, have also been invited on this occasion.

GST (Goods and Services Tax), which is being viewed as the biggest tax reform in the history of the country, will be implemented from Saturday, 01 April.

Earlier, in the year 1997, after the 50 years of independence of the country, a special session of Parliament was convened. Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and HD Devgoda have also been invited for special session.

After the GST is implemented, the biggest question being raised in the minds of the people is how much tax will be levied on what goods. According to the list issued by the government, there are some goods on which no tax will be applicable.
