Raj Kundra told Sachiin Joshi about the value of his check 40 lakhs bounced.
The former co-owner of the Rajasthani Royal Family, Raj Kundra who started the Indian Poker League has now lodged a case against Baron Gutka, the son Sachiin Joshi of Jagdish Joshi after a check given by him cast. After Sachiin Joshi became one of the members of the Poker League, the actor
producer who participated in the last tournament when the owner of King Goa has made a payment of Rs. 40 lakhs to Raj Kundra who has allegedly jumped now.
Raj Kundra alleged that Sachiin Joshi received a lot of publicity during the tournament after the team bought, but then the merchant claimed that he had lost his payment later. However, Joshi’s representatives, on the other hand, accused Kundra of fraud in the tournament and said that Joshi did it, and withdrew his name from the league.
Speaking of the same, Kundra has maintained that they have taken legal action against Sachiin Joshi and continued to express that he was disappointed with Joshi, whom he considered a friend after the recent controversy.
According to the recent report, Joshi’s Vising Ventures Group, CMO Manoj Asrani had said that when 10 Poker League teams were formed, their commitment was not made. He also said he withdrew his name and did not sign an agreement with Kundra, when he realized that the game is rigged. Although he agreed that he did not want to pay the payment, because there was nothing to pay, he also said that he had informed everyone that he was out of this ‘scam’ tournament.
Calling Kundra’s accusations baseless, Asrani accused Kundra of hiding behind the curtain of lies to get things out of his shoulder.
